Yes. Clients pay nothing. Submit briefs, receive proposals, compare side by side, and award vendors at no cost.

What's the minimum RFQ scope?+

Anything from a single creative deliverable to a full annual marketing retainer. The RFQ form scales the question set to your scope.

Can multiple departments use one company account?+

Yes. Invite teammates from procurement, brand, and marketing under a single corporate account with role-based permissions.

How do you protect our RFQ from leaking to competitors?+

RFQs only route to vendors verified in the relevant subcategory. Vendors agree to platform NDAs as part of onboarding.

How are briefs matched to me?+

By your declared subcategories, capacity bracket, city coverage, and tier. Premium Verified vendors see briefs first.

Can I decline an RFQ?+

Yes. Decline within 24 hours so we can re-route. Repeated late declines affect your response reliability score.

Do I lose my tier if I miss an SLA?+

One miss is a warning. Three within 90 days drops you a tier. Tier is earned continuously, not just at onboarding.

Can I subscribe annually?+

Yes. Annual subscriptions save the equivalent of two months on every tier.
